The Shannon Region Conference and Sports Bureau builds on the reputation of the Shannon Region as an excellent destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and sporting events by offering a completely free service to potential event organizers.
Working to assist organisers in their planning, The Bureau undertakes to:
- Provide free assistance in locating suitable facilities, accommodation and service suppliers, including the seeking of quotations on your behalf.
- Provide free advice on social, tour and spouse programmes.
- Coordinate site inspection visits for organisers and media.
- Assist you to identify professional conference organisers and destination management companies best suited to your needs and provide introductions.
- Assistance with bids for international meetings.
- Provide high-resolution photographic images of the Shannon region for use in promotional material.
- Assistance in suggesting pre and post travel options.
- Provide promotional materials, delegate privilege cards and information for meetings and events in the Shannon Region.
